VP - MSS OPS NFR Global Risk Initiatives.
JobResponsibilities:
Impact on the Business/Function
- Manage and Govern utilization of core Non-Financial Risk data to support MSS Risk Management framework.
- Perform analysis of data and extract themes that can be written up for senior management
- Engage on discussions in relation to AI adoption that enables advancement in data analysis
- Analyze, organize and coordinate relevant observations on data quality
- Lead a data driven culture in Non-Financial Risk Management.
- Consolidate, analyze and prioritize all submitted controls change initiatives and ensure timely implementation and successful delivery
- Coordinate with IT, Change, Operations and the wider Operations NFR teams to ensure smooth deployment
- In-Depth understanding of the MSS event escalation tooling requirements. Work with the Global Escalation Tooling program team to ensure successful implementation.
- Use a data driven approach to prevent data leakage. Work with IT to continuously improve the Data Leakage Prevention tooling capabilities.
- Manage senior stakeholders across MSS Operations to ensure NFR activities are appropriately received.

- A degree in banking / financial / management / business administration / accounting exposure
- Strong knowledge of MSS Operations processes and trade lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Data Management and Data Tools.
- Risk professional with at least 10 years combined experience in Banking Operations/Back Office Operations, Global Markets business (FX, Fixed Income and Equities), Operational Risk, Compliance or Data Analytics.
- People management experience and ability to manage a high performing team

- Experience in Data Management and Data Science.
- Detailed knowledge of MSS Operations and the product specific trade lifecycle.
