Your Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer (VoIP), you will:

  • Troubleshoot VoIP-related issues including call quality, latency, jitter, and packet loss
  • Provide technical support to customers via ticketing systems and remote tools
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Document support cases, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support, help desk, or VoIP support
  • Basic understanding of VoIP technologies
  • Familiarity with IP networking concepts
  • Experience using ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Familiarity with VoIP protocols such as SIP and RTP
  • Experience troubleshooting VoIP performance issues (latency, jitter, packet loss)
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira Service Desk
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong documentation and attention to detail
