Qualifications

  • 12 years of US/UK banking or financial account experience in a contact center environment
  • Old High School Diploma accepted
  • Collections experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and assertive communication
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and international customers
  • Exposure to US or UK banking industry is a plus
