Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Visual Merchandising Officer to bring our brand to life in-store. You will plan, design, and implement engaging visual merchandising projects that enhance the customer journey and elevate the in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand standards and marketing campaigns.
  • Design and implement captivating store displays, window installations, floor plans, signage, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with departments to assess products, campaigns, and merchandising programs.
  • Produce creative proposals, advertisements, internal communications, and other artwork as needed.
  • Support the management and rollout of visual merchandising initiatives across multiple stores.
  • Work closely with the Division Manager, VMD Manager, and other department heads to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and productivity standards with contractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct site inspections, oculars, and installation supervision to ensure consistent execution of VM plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
  • 35 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail marketing, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong sense of design aesthetics, brand alignment, and in-store customer experience.
  • Hands-on experience with VM execution, store displays, planograms, and campaign rollouts.
  • Proficient in creative/design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Knowledge of 3D perspective software (SketchUp or similar) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple store setups simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with retail operations, suppliers, and installers.
  • Willingness to travel for site inspections, oculars, and installations.

Work arrangement: Temporary Hybrid Setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH per week)
