Participates in planning and implementing visual merchandising strategies, and is responsible for defining, designing and implementing creative visual merchandising projects.
Creates appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
Produces window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, schematics, perspectives and other promotional displays.
Meets with departments to provide consultation and to assess products and programs.
Creates proposals, advertisements, internal communication pieces, and other artworks as needed.
Helps manage and implement visual merchandising efforts.
Collaborates with the Division Manager, VMD Manager and other department managers to attain objectives.
Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards with contractors and suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, or related course.
35 years VM or retail marketing experience; with at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
Strong eye for design, brand alignment, and in-store customer experience.
Skilled in VM execution, store displays, planograms, and campaign rollouts.
Proficient in design/creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Proficient in 3D perspective software is a plus (Sketchup or other tools)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple store setups
Strong communication and coordination skills with retail operations, suppliers, and installers.
Willing to travel for oculars, site inspections, and installations.
