We are seeking a creative and strategic Visual Merchandising Officer to oversee the planning, development, and execution of in-store displays and layouts that drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. This role will collaborate closely with operations and store teams to ensure all visual presentations align with the company's brand image and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Visual Merchandising Strategies: Create and implement floor layouts, planograms, window displays, and promotional setups across all stores.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual presentations reflect brand guidelines and seasonal campaign themes.
Sales Optimization: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve product placement and boost sell-through rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations and inventory teams to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Budget Management: Oversee the budget for props, fixtures, and display materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Market Awareness: Monitor competitor visual strategies and keep up-to-date with industry trends to introduce innovative ideas.
Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and provide feedback to store teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Arts, Business Management, or a related field .
Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in retail (fashion, or lifestyle).
Proven experience in leading visual merchandising projects and managing a team.
Strong creative and aesthetic sense, with proficiency in planogram software or visual design tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel to store locations as needed.
