Position Overview:

The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for leading and harmonizing both the Creative and Store Operations visual merchandising functions. This role plays a pivotal part in bringing the magic of play to life by developing compelling in‑store experiences and ensuring consistent, brand‑aligned execution across all locations. The ideal candidate will merge creativity with retail practicality to drive customer engagement, enhance visual impact, and support sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

CREATIVE VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Lead the conceptualization and development of seasonal themes, window displays, in‑store storytelling, and product presentation strategies designed to engage kids, families, and toy enthusiasts.

STORE OPERATIONS VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Develop visual standards manuals, toolkits, and training materials to ensure consistent and effective in‑store execution.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

  • Partner with Store Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to align visual merchandising strategies with product launches, promotions, and inventory priorities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the toy, lifestyle, or retail industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual merchandising work and successful campaign rollouts.
  • Proficiency in planogram interpretation and the use of visual merchandising tools
