Job Description
The Visual Display Manager manages commercial space merchandising and promotional setups to ensure brand consistency and enhance the customer shopping experience. This role translates marketing campaigns into impactful visual presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising plans and commercial space according to brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and maintain visual standards across assigned stores or outlets.
- Train and guide staff on visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular visits and audits to ensure compliance.
- Analyze sales and visual display performance to suggest improvements.
- Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Design, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail operations.
- Strong creative sense and knowledge of retail trends.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
