Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the visual design implementation of the company's brand in various scenarios such as game marketing, community activities, and H5 pages.
- Able to independently complete creative outputs for key visuals (KV), banners, posters, GIFs, and more.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to participate in creative brainstorming and enhance overall communication effectiveness.
- Ensure brand style consistency, continuously optimize the visual design system and template standards.
- Monitor the performance of materials after launch, focus on user feedback, and optimize through data-driven iterations.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in mainstream visual tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (or Sketch), After Effects, etc.
- Familiar with design guidelines for social media platforms (Facebook/Viber/TikTok, etc.).
- Strong understanding of graphic composition, typography, color theory, layout, and animation effects.
- Sensitive to current design trends, with experience in game, entertainment, and community visual styles preferred.
- Basic skills in motion design/GIF creation are a plus.
Background:
- Associate's degree or higher, preferably in art, design, or visual communication major.
- Over 3 years of experience in visual design in the internet or advertising industry, with experience in gaming, e-commerce, or entertainment industries preferred.
- Experience in brand system thinking and familiarity with visual standards/components systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in visual design for H5 pages and integrated marketing activities.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design processes (such as Midjourney, DALLE, PS AI plugins).
- Ability to produce motion design (Lottie/AE animations) is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with Chinese teams is a plus.
- Ability to handle both visual and UI design work is a plus.
