Job description:
We are seeking a technically inclined producer to coordinate and facilitate webinar training sessions. The ideal candidate has practical experience with Microsoft Teams and enjoys managing the technical flow of virtual events.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Virtual Meeting and Webinar Platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
- Prior experience in training, events, or technical production is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing technical aspects of live events.
- Open to side hustles and flexible arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage webinar sessions on Microsoft Teams Live (access, controls, technical flow).
- Facilitate live training sessions, ensuring smooth delivery and minimal disruption.
- Support trainers and participants during webinars.
- Record attendance and ensure completion of post-training requirements.
- Submit concise reports after each session (attendance, issues, highlights).
