Your Role
As a
Planning & Permits Data Amin, you will be responsible for:
1. Ensure all job requests given by POC's are adhered to in accordance with the set time frames made by the requester.
- Assist in conducting training for newly hired Planning & Permits Data Admin
- Gives input in how to measure performance and changes to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of the Planning & Permits Team.
- Update all trackers in a timely manner for EOD reporting.
- Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with Company's Guidelines, Mission, and Value Statement
What You Need
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Highly developed software skills in Microsoft 365 Products such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Broad knowledge in the Data admin/Entry Task.
- Flexible with additional duties as directed
