Job Description

  • Minimum of solid combine 3-5 years in Real Estate, Marketing, or Administrative support (preferred).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience is required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of real estate industry experience is required.
  • Experience working with Western clients (AUS/NZ/US/Europe) is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva (Adobe skills are a plus).
  • Must be proficient in social media platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and design software.
  • Social media savvy can plan, create, and manage content.
  • Basic graphic design and excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable navigating and learning CRM systems.

Education

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).

Personality Fit

  • Independent, reliable, and organized.
  • Hybrid work arrangement is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

  • Create marketing materials including brochures, Information Memorandums, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Prepare marketing submissions and coordinate with third-party suppliers.
  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and help boost engagement.

Lead Generation & Data Management

  • Conduct research using tools like CoreLogic, White Pages, Infobel, and more.
  • Maintain and update property databases and client information.
  • Assist in reviewing and preparing real estate and migration forms.

CRM & Listings Management

  • Update CRM data, manage contact lists, and support property listing updates.
  • Send email communications, announcements, and marketing campaigns to clients.

Administrative Support

  • Manage inbox communications and handle client/supplier follow-ups.
  • Receive and make calls professionally when needed.
  • Organize files, monitor campaign checklists, and provide general administrative support.
