At Relay Human Cloud, we connect exceptional talent with leading real estate teams that value genuine service. We're looking for a warm, detail-oriented Front Desk Concierge who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in making every interaction count.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the welcoming virtual face for residents, clients, and visitors every single day
- Manage virtual check-ins, check-outs, visitor logs, and building access coordination with care and accuracy
- Coordinate remotely with property management, maintenance, and vendors to resolve requests quickly
- Handle calls, emails, and virtual inquiries with professionalism and a calm presence
- Schedule appointments, manage conference room bookings, and oversee deliveries remotely
- Prepare daily reports, incident logs, and activity summaries for management
- Ensure a seamless and organized virtual front desk experience at all times
What you bring:
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (real estate, hospitality, or property management)
- Bachelor's degree in any field; a certification in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuinely customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Yardi or AppFolio is a plus
- Ability to stay composed, organized, and attentive across multiple tasks
- Must be able to travel to the US for initial training. Valid US visa required.
- Willingness to work onsite - Salcedo Village, Makati.
