Role Overview:
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support day-to-day business activities for stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team of problem solvers, handling confidential and time-sensitive matters while contributing to efficient administrative operations.
Reporting:
This role reports to the Admin Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails and calendars, schedule meetings/events, coordinate travel bookings, and process expense reports.
- Support vendor invoice coding, Salesforce activities, general research, and document management.
- Serve as a backup for team members and participate in team initiatives.
- Assist with technology adoption, policy/procedure updates, and other administrative or business projects as required.
- Seek continuous development of professional, digital, and technical skills.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, or transferable roles.
- Previous experience in a professional services or partnership firm is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
