Location: Fully Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: AEST business hours (day shift, Mon–Fri)

  • Sales Administrators
  • CRM & Database Management
  • Listing & Contract Preparation
  • Client communication & scheduling
  • Experience with VaultRE, Box and Dice, AgentBox, Realworks, etc.

Marketing Support

  • Social media coordination
  • Campaign & content support
  • Listings, brochures, and digital marketing assistance
  • Canva, Meta, Google tools, CRM integrations

Executive & Business Assistants

  • Supporting business owners and high level executives
  • Inbox & calendar management
  • Reporting & documentation
  • Process support & coordination

Accounting & Finance Support

  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconciliations & reporting
  • Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks experience
  • Supporting Australian real estate businesses with their accounting processes

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience supporting Australian or New Zealand based clients
  • Experience with common AU business systems & CRMs (PMe, PTree, AILO, RP Data, Console Cloud, Agent Box, Box and Dice, VaultRE, Airtable, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Confidence working independently in a remote setup
  • High attention to detail and process

Technical Requirements

  • Own laptop or desktop
  • Webcam & USB noise-cancelling headset
  • Computer: 1.5 GHz+ processor, 8GB+ RAM
  • Internet: 50 Mbps main connection / 25 Mbps backup
  • Dual monitor setup
