Job Description
Company Description The Holy Art Gallery is an international contemporary art gallery showcasing emerging and established artists across major global cities, including London, New York, Paris, Tokyo, Milan, Athens, Barcelona, and Amsterdam. Since 2020, the gallery has built a community of more than 50,000 exhibited artists and over 260,000 followers worldwide, supported by ongoing physical exhibitions and large-scale digital showcases. The Holy Art emphasizes accessibility, challenging traditional gallery gatekeeping and supporting artists at every stage of their careers, from first solo show to international representation. In addition to its core gallery program, it runs ArtDrop for collectors seeking curated monthly artworks and Streeters Gallery, a sister space focused on street, graphic, and underground contemporary practice. The team is small, ambitious, and globally distributed, collaborating with artists, curators, collectors, brands, and art enthusiasts who want contemporary art to reach broader audiences.
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant supporting The Holy Art Gallery's international operations. The Virtual Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing emails, calendars, and scheduling across time zones, maintaining databases and records, and preparing documents and reports. The role involves supporting exhibition coordination, updating online listings, assisting with artist and client communications, and ensuring accurate information across the website and social media channels. The Virtual Assistant will help organize digital and physical events, collect and format submissions, and liaise with internal team members and external partners. The position requires consistent online availability, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.
