Job Overview

Join a processdriven billing team where you will handle invoice preparation, payment tracking, records management, and administrative support. As a Billing Operations & Administrative Support Specialist, you will help ensure accurate billing workflows, organized documentation, and seamless internal coordination across departments.

Salary

  • Php 22,000 monthly(this excludes perfect attendance bonus of Php1,000.00, night differentials, potential account specific incentives, etc)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and send invoices accurately and on time.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate billing and payment records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or orderrelated inquiries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth billing and operations workflows.
  • Support process improvements and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and address product or service inquiries.
  • Manage order processing and system updates in Oracle NetSuite.
  • Provide support to both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Troubleshoot order or billing issues and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Deliver highquality customer service as part of a growing, fastscaling team.

  • Graveyard shift

Ideal Candidate

  • Required: Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar billingrelated role.
  • Required: Strong understanding of billing procedures and documentation workflows.
  • Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Required: Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Required: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Monday.com, and QuickBooks.
  • Required: Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Preferred: Strong problemsolving and adaptability skills.
  • Preferred: Strong interpersonal skills for crossdepartment collaboration.
