Key Responsibilities
1. VIP Relationship Management
. Serve as the dedicated liaison for assigned VIP players, offering personalized assistance and support.
. Proactively engage with VIP players to understand their needs, preferences, and motivations.
. Provide tailored recommendations on games, promotions, and events to enhance player experience.
Anticipate issues, resolve complaints, and ensure seamless problem resolution.
2. Player Retention & Growth
. Monitor VIP activity, ensuring consistent engagement and retention of high-value players.
. Develop individualized rewards, bonuses, and offers aligned with player profiles.
. Track and report VIP performance, contribution, and profitability.
. Identify and upsell opportunities through personalized events.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
. Work closely with marketing, product, payments, and customer support teams to deliver seamless service.
. Provide feedback on VIP preferences and trends to optimize promotions and campaigns.
. Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
. 2-3 years experience in VIP services, high-value account management.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
. Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse personalities.
. Experience in online gaming, iGaming, or casino industry is preferred.
