DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of village infrastructure including roads, drainage, utilities, and community facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Ensure that all renovation plan is properly reviewed prior to any approval based on the HOA standard design policy.
- Ensure that all HOA fixtures and equipment is working at an optimum level working efficiency.
Project Supervision:
- Plan and supervise engineering projects from initiation to completion across multiple villages.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
- Monitor construction activities and resolve any technical issues promptly.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Assist in preparing and managing budgets for engineering projects and maintenance activities.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and control project costs.
- Ensure that all utilities are within the budget expense.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Implement safety protocols and conduct safety training for the team.
Vendor and Service Provider Management:
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for services such as landscaping, maintenance, and security.
- Ensure vendors meet contract specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Evaluate performance of service providers and recommend changes when necessary.
Problem-Solving and Emergency Response:
- Address infrastructure-related emergencies such as flooding, utility failures, or structural damage.
- Provide technical support and solutions during crisis situations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
- With at least three (3) years of experience in engineering supervision, preferably in property or village management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Proficiency in engineering tools such as auto CAD.
- Amenable to work at Sunnyvale 2 in Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac.
