You own the end-to-end creative production of video content designed to drive employer branding and recruitment marketing. Your work involves hands-on filming, post-production editing, and motion graphics to produce both short-form social assets and long-form corporate stories.

This is not a remote freelance gig or a purely creative agency role. You operate within a disciplined internal operations framework, collaborating directly with leadership and stakeholders to meet clear content pipelines and deadlines. Best suited for high-energy creatives who value structure, thrive on feedback-driven results, and are committed to maintaining a consistent visual identity for a global brand.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 2–3+ years experience as a Videographer and/or Video Editor, with hands-on shooting and post-production work
• Strong proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
• A solid portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form video content (branding, recruitment, marketing, or corporate videos)
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup with 3 fixed onsite days in Cebu City for filming and collaboration
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow creative briefs in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
• Willingness to work day shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday)

Video Production & Filming

You own the technical execution of all visual captures, ensuring high-quality raw footage that serves the creative brief.

• Manage onsite filming sessions at the Cebu office for branding and events.
• Oversee lighting, audio, and camera setups for consistent professional quality.
• Direct internal stakeholders to ensure authentic on-camera delivery.

Post-Production & Content Strategy

You own the transformation of raw footage into polished, high-performing assets that engage the target audience.

• Edit short-form and long-form videos aligned with brand standards.
• Integrate motion graphics and AI-assisted tools to increase production speed.
• Manage revision cycles to ensure final outputs meet stakeholder expectations.

Content Pipeline Management

You own the delivery schedule, ensuring the brand's digital presence never stalls.

• Deliver video assets on time according to the marketing calendar.
• Organize and archive raw and final assets for team-wide accessibility.
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate briefs into actionable storyboards.
