We spend over $1M/month on Meta and we're looking for editors who care about performance, not just pretty videos.
This is not a traditional video editing role.
We're not looking for someone who wants to sit in Premiere all day making things look beautiful.
We're looking for someone who understands that every edit has one purpose:
Get attention. Hold attention. Drive performance.
You'll work directly with a Creative Strategist inside a dedicated creative pod, turning proven concepts into ads that generate real revenue.

About Us
We are a fast-growing DTC advertising team currently spending over $1M/month on Meta.
Our primary focus is helping women experiencing hair loss, particularly menopausal women and women using GLP-1 medications.
We test aggressively.
We launch constantly.
We optimize based on data.
Our editors are not production assistants.
They're a critical part of creating winning ads.
Many companies hire editors to cut footage.
We hire editors to help scale performance.
What You'll Actually Do
You'll receive concepts, scripts, and creative direction from your Creative Strategist.
Your responsibility is turning those ideas into ads that perform.

Use whatever editing software allows you to create winning ads efficiently.

Compensation & Bonus Structure
Base Compensation
$1,300–$1,800/month
Based on experience and demonstrated ability.
Performance Bonuses
We reward editors whose ads become winners.
For every ad that reaches:
Winning ads create meaningful upside on top of your base salary.
The better your ads perform, the more you earn.
Team Structure
You'll work inside a dedicated creative pod and report directly to a Creative Strategist.
Current pod leaders include:
Your working hours will generally align with the Creative Strategist leading your pod.
