Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Content Production Assistant to support the development of professional video and podcast content. This role focuses on transforming raw recordings into polished, engaging media tailored to a healthcare executive audience, ensuring clarity, credibility, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit video and audio recordings for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and educational course platforms.
  • Cut and trim footage to create clear, engaging narratives.
  • Enhance audio quality and balance sound levels for professional output.
  • Add captions, subtitles, branding elements, transitions, intro/outro sequences, and light motion graphics.
  • Create short-form clips and promotional content from long-form recordings.
  • Apply on-screen highlights and visual effects while maintaining a clean, executive-level aesthetic.
  • Organize and manage media files for efficient production workflow.
  • Collaborate on creative direction and content strategy.
  • Ensure proper formatting and optimization for different social media platforms

Requirements

  • Proven experience editing video and audio content
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut or similar platforms (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
  • Familiarity with podcast editing tools
  • Strong understanding of social media formatting and platform requirements
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain brand consistency and a professional tone suitable for a healthcare executive audience
