Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media and marketing campaigns (short videos, interviews, event highlights, product stories, etc.).
  • Create video concepts and scripts that match the brands tone and marketing goals.
  • Adapt video style and pacing for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to maximize engagement.
  • Stay updated on video trends and propose fresh, creative ideas regularly.
  • Organize and manage shooting materials and project files to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in video shooting, lighting setup, and operating various equipment (Sony/Canon mirrorless, mobile videography).
  • Skilled in video editing and post-production tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling skills, with the ability to match brand visual styles.
  • Capable of scriptwriting, storyboarding, and independently handling shooting plans and on-site execution.
  • Aware of social media trends and able to propose creative, platform-aligned concepts.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Photography, color grading, sound design, or motion graphics.
