Position: Video Conferencing Operations Engineer
Work Schedule: ANY SHIFT ASSIGNED / SHIFTING : Flexibility to work within APAC/NA hours
Must be amenable to render overtime, work on weekends and/or PH holidays if needed; on-call shift duty is mandatory
Work Set up: Hybrid: 8 times RTO per month, flexible days
Location: BGC, Taguig
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience with strong background in Teams, Zoom, HP Poly hardware, and Cisco hardware (with candidates expected to have experience in at least one or two of these system)
- experience in Operating, monitoring, and maintaining all video conferencing systems and related infrastructure
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for video conferencing issues to ensure minimal downtime and high user satisfaction
- Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise video conferencing systems (e.g., Cisco, Polycom, Microphones, Control systems, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Azure, Teams admin, Cloud Video Interop)
- * Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
