Job Description
Position: Video Conferencing Operations Engineer
Salary: Negotiable
Work Setup: 810 days Return-to-Office (RTO) per month
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain enterprise video conferencing systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to video, audio, and conferencing hardware/software.
Manage and support platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and conferencing room systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth meeting and conferencing operations.
Monitor system performance and provide timely technical support and resolution.
Qualifications
35 years of relevant experience in video conferencing or collaboration technologies.
Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, HP Poly, or Cisco systems.
Hands-on experience with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or similar conferencing setups.
Familiarity with Azure, Teams Admin, or Cloud Video Interop is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
