Video and Graphic Designer

The Video & Graphic Designer will support the design, development, and delivery of training modules by producing high-quality storyboards and LMS-ready video materials. The role focuses on transforming static or existing training content into clear, engaging video modules.

This is a temporary, project-based assignment, active until all required training modules are completed and approved for deployment.

Qualifications

Strict Requirements:

• Strong storyboarding experience
• Strong video editing experience
• Ability to use the following tools
• Canva (storyboarding + video editing)
• CapCut (video editing)
• InVideo AI (voiceover + video assembly)
• Ability to work on multiple modules with tight timelines
• Ability to use alternative tools if preferred
• Must be able to work independently and continuously on storyboarding and video creation

Preferred

• Familiarity with LMS-style pacing and training visuals.
• Ability to collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams during reviews and sourcing steps.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply consistent visual standards
