- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with volume hiring across APAC
- Ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Experience in building employer branding initiatives.
- Open to mid-shift schedule
