As we scale nationwide, we are seeking a dynamic VP of Marketing to lead and elevate our brand, growth, and customer strategy.
Role Overview
The VP of Marketing will serve as the strategic leader responsible for shaping the company's overall marketing vision. This role will oversee brand development, growth marketing, digital strategy, CRM, content, performance marketing, and customer insights. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creative, with deep experience in scaling e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's end-to-end marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Shape brand architecture, positioning, and messaging for multi-category e-commerce offerings.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, affiliate programs, marketplaces, and retargeting campaigns.
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV).
- Introduce scalable performance marketing frameworks and growth experiments.
Brand & Content Development
- Strengthen brand presence across digital, social media, influencers, and offline activations.
- Lead content strategy, including campaigns, storytelling, creative development, and promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touch points.
Customer Engagement & CRM
- Oversee CRM, loyalty programs, email marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
- Leverage data analytics to personalize customer journeys and improve retention.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer segments and purchasing behaviors.
Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team across multiple functions.
- Work closely with Product, Merchandising, Operations, and Data teams to improve customer experience.
- Present insights, opportunities, and marketing performance to stakeholders and the executive board.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in e-commerce, digital platforms, or consumer technology.
- Proven success in leading growth marketing, brand strategy, and integrated campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems, etc.).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
