Customer Support and Technical Assistance:Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions. Deliver customized presentations, demonstrations, and training at customer sites. Provide technical support, conduct testing, troubleshooting, and QA procedures for instruments.
Client Relationship and Needs Assessment:Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients and hospital personnel. Identify customer needs, goals, and product usage by engaging with physicians and hospital staff. Develop relationships across departments to identify key decision makers and facilitate sales.
Account Management and Process Implementation:Manage customer-specific account strategies to drive instrument utilization. Ensure proper documentation and updates from suppliers are implemented. Create and maintain accurate CRM tickets for installations, demos, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Problem Resolution and Escalation:Identify and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology, Veterinary Scienceor Animal Health
Preferrably 3-5 years working with medical device applications in a hospital laboratory environment
Good presentation skill, able to effectively pass on product knowledge to customers
