Job Description:

Coordinate procurement requirements between business teams (warehouse operations, expansions) and local procurement
Manage vendors across multiple service categories, including assets, material handling equipment, liquidations, and site services
Oversee asset inventory governance, system monitoring, maintenance planning, and inter-warehouse transfers
Handle contract lifecycle management drafting, review, renewals, and coordination with internal stakeholders and legal teams
Ensure vendor performance and service continuity to support uninterrupted operations Lead projects and handle ad hoc initiatives as required

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
Mandatory experience on asset management systems
Proven experience in vendor management and service governance
Highly proactive with strong ownership and follow-through
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheet
1-2 years of experience
