Job Description:

  • Coordinate procurement requirements between business teams (warehouse operations, expansions) and local procurement
  • Manage vendors across multiple service categories, including assets, material handling equipment, liquidations, and site services
  • Oversee asset inventory governance, system monitoring, maintenance planning, and inter-warehouse transfers
  • Handle contract lifecycle management drafting, review, renewals, and coordination with internal stakeholders and legal teams
  • Ensure vendor performance and service continuity to support uninterrupted operations Lead projects and handle ad hoc initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
  • Mandatory experience on asset management systems
  • Proven experience in vendor management and service governance
  • Highly proactive with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheet
  • 1-2 years of experience
