Role

Auto Solutions Limited (ASL) Bermuda is an established and reputable business. Vehicle leasing represents a new strategic growth initiative, incubated within LOM Corporate Finance Ltd.

ASL is seeking an experienced Vehicle Leasing Manager to design, build, and operationalise this new leasing proposition from the ground up. This role offers a rare opportunity to take a greenfield concept through to a fully functioning, scalable leasing business, establishing the financial, operational, risk, and governance foundations that will support long-term growth.

The role is hands-on and entrepreneurial in nature, suited to someone with the appetite and capability to work in a start-up environment while benefiting from the backing and credibility of the wider LOM Group.

This is not a sales role. The focus is on finance, operations, controls, and structure, working closely with ASL colleagues responsible for commercial and sales activity.

Finance qualification desirable (ACCA, CIMA, CFA or similar)

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred

Asset finance or leasing qualifications advantageous

Opportunity to build a new leasing business from the ground up
