The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our design team by adjusting existing designs, ensuring all design elements are properly formatted, and participating in Quality Assurance processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual consistency and quality of our creative assets.
What You'll Do
- Modify headlines and copy within existing designs while preserving brand consistency.
- Adjust aspect ratios and rearrange elements in designs to accommodate new formats or updated headlines.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure designs are free of typos, layout errors, and specification issues.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all adjustments meet the project brief and design guidelines.
- Provide support with minor design revisions and formatting tasks, helping maintain visual consistency across assets. (Other related duties may be assigned.)
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant Designer or in a related design‑support role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar software.
- Familiarity with design principles, layout adjustments, and formatting for multiple formats.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design consistency and visual quality.
- Ability to make quick design adjustments while maintaining quality standards.
- Effective remote communication skills and comfortable collaborating with team members virtually.
- Proactive approach to identifying and correcting potential design errors before final delivery.
