UX/UI Web Designer (WordPress & Webflow)

Job Summary

The Web Designer is responsible in designing and building user-centered, high-performing websites using WordPress and Webflow. The role combines UX strategy and hands-on execution to deliver visually compelling, conversion-driven, and optimized digital experiences.

Job Description

• Designs and develops responsive, user-focused websites using WordPress and Webflow.

• Creates wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

• Translates business and marketing requirements into intuitive, conversion-driven user experiences.

• Applies and maintains brand guidelines across all digital assets.

• Optimizes website structure, navigation, and layouts based on UX best practices.

• Improves website performance, SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.

• Conducts UX audits and recommends improvements based on user behavior and data.

• Implements and customizes templates, components, and CMS structures in WordPress and Webflow.

• Collaborates with marketing, content, and development teams to align design with campaign goals.

• Ensures consistency in branding, design systems, and user experience across all web properties.

• Stays updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

• Balances creative design with performance, usability, and business objectives.

Screening Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in UX/UI design with hands-on website execution.

• Experience in WordPress and Webflow for designing and building websites.

• Experience using Figma software for wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

• Must have stable employment history.

• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English
