Utilization Review Nurse Team Leader

This is a full-time, on-site role in Metro Manila as a Utilization Review Nurse Team Leader. The Team Leader will oversee the utilization review processes, ensuring efficient and accurate evaluations of patient care services. Key responsibilities include supervising a team of nurses, reviewing medical records, managing discharge planning, and collaborating with care teams to ensure compliance with medical standards and policies. The role also involves supporting quality improvement initiatives and providing ongoing training for staff.

• Expertise in Utilization Management and Discharge Planning
• Strong foundation in Medicine and Nursing
• Proficiency in managing and reviewing Medical Records
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Current nursing license and relevant certifications
• Experience in a healthcare or medical environment is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
