As an Individual Contributor within USLI Consulting – AI Enablement,

• You will act as the central point of contact for Consulting AI-related inquiries, ensuring high-quality
  
  

and consistent service to a broad user base.

• You will assist Consulting practices in accessing and understanding AI governance and reporting

• Inquiry & Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for AI inquiries,
  
  

performing email triage and redirecting users to appropriate resources using standardized

templates and FAQs.

• License Management: Handle manual provisioning of licenses for AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT
  
  

Enterprise) and coordinate with license management teams to ensure proper utilization.

• Compliance Tracking: Follow up on pending compliance requirements, such as attestation forms,
  
  

and maintain accurate trackers for issued licenses.

• Operational Support: Support the development of centralized resources like SharePoint sites and
  
  

knowledge bases to standardize responses.

• Project Coordination: Monitor and report on project constraints (Time, Cost, Scope) and maintain
  
  

project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.

• Technical Support (Optional): Opportunity to support the build-out of automation solutions (e.g.,
