Summary
As an Individual Contributor within USLI Consulting - AI Enablement,
. You will act as the central point of contact for Consulting AI-related inquiries, ensuring high-quality
and consistent service to a broad user base.
. You will assist Consulting practices in accessing and understanding AI governance and reporting
dashboards
. This role requires high flexibility to handle volume spikes triggered by organizational
communications and to adapt to changing priorities.
. Monitor AI tool license utilization and consumption trends.
. Notify practices when usage exceeds allocated budgets.
. Coordinate with stakeholders and connect users to the appropriate teams for issue resolution.

Accountabilities

. Inquiry & Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for AI inquiries,
performing email triage and redirecting users to appropriate resources using standardized
templates and FAQs.
. License Management: Handle manual provisioning of licenses for AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT
Enterprise) and coordinate with license management teams to ensure proper utilization.
. Compliance Tracking: Follow up on pending compliance requirements, such as attestation forms,
and maintain accurate trackers for issued licenses.
. Operational Support: Support the development of centralized resources like SharePoint sites and
knowledge bases to standardize responses.
. Project Coordination: Monitor and report on project constraints (Time, Cost, Scope) and maintain
project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports.
. Technical Support (Optional): Opportunity to support the build-out of automation solutions (e.g.,
Power Automate) for trial management systems
