Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders and teams to fulfill research requirements from the business side.
- Proficiently apply various user research methods throughout product development or operation stages, providing objective product experience measurement results and reasonable user experience improvement strategies.
- Monitor operational data and user feedback, evaluate, track, and drive product improvements in user experience.
- Establish product user experience design standards, track and supervise the improvement of product user experience, and enhance product quality.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in user research/market research/consulting analysis, with proficiency in mainstream research analysis tools and methods.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end research projects of moderate complexity, with research outcomes that have business impact.
- Strong self-motivation, excellent information synthesis, communication, teamwork, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Experience with and interest in gambling, with a commitment to long-term career development in the industry.
