Set up and maintain a consistent user tagging system (demographics, behavior, retention, channels, etc.)
Execute activation, retention, conversion, and re-engagement strategies through targeted segmentation
Develop user personas, scenarios, and clear user journeys with defined touchpoints
Work with Data, Product, Content, and Channel teams to refine operations based on insights
Manage end-to-end operationsfrom planning and execution to evaluation; track key metrics (activity, retention, LTV, ROI)
Build and manage dashboards; deliver regular operational reports and insights
Monitor user feedback and health; create risk alerts and response plans
Support product improvements with UX insights and close the opsproduct loop
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or Business.
Experience: 25+ years in User Operations, Growth Hacking, Product Operations, or Data Analysis; experience in segmentation and retention is an advantage.
Skills
Strong data-driven mindset; proficient in Excel/SQL/Python/R and BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI)
Able to build/manage user tagging systems; basic data modeling
Skilled in campaign design, execution, and A/B testing
Strong cross-functional communication and project management
Good market awareness to align strategies with business goals
