Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain a consistent user tagging system (demographics, behavior, retention, channels, etc.)
  • Execute activation, retention, conversion, and re-engagement strategies through targeted segmentation
  • Develop user personas, scenarios, and clear user journeys with defined touchpoints
  • Work with Data, Product, Content, and Channel teams to refine operations based on insights
  • Manage end-to-end operationsfrom planning and execution to evaluation; track key metrics (activity, retention, LTV, ROI)
  • Build and manage dashboards; deliver regular operational reports and insights
  • Monitor user feedback and health; create risk alerts and response plans
  • Support product improvements with UX insights and close the opsproduct loop

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analysis, or Business.
  • Experience: 25+ years in User Operations, Growth Hacking, Product Operations, or Data Analysis; experience in segmentation and retention is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong data-driven mindset; proficient in Excel/SQL/Python/R and BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI)
  • Able to build/manage user tagging systems; basic data modeling
  • Skilled in campaign design, execution, and A/B testing
  • Strong cross-functional communication and project management
  • Good market awareness to align strategies with business goals
