User Growth Operations Associate

Job Summary:

As the Product and Campaign Operations Associate, you will own the processes of product operation and campaign strategy execution, including launching and

operating user growth strategy for digital insurance products in Philippines (potentially for more markets)

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

- Operate and continuously improve operation domains: Customer Segmentation, Campaign and Marketing, Promotion

- Monitor data driven operation performance, customer service feedbacks and resolutions, with support from internal business intelligence team and digital

product team

- Support project management for key partnership delivery projects

- Regularly distill customer demands and market opportunities, benchmark against competition, track regulatory landscape changes

- Understand commercial strategy and insurance product design

- Identify and champion product improvement

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's/College Degree with Finance, Marketing, Data or relevant backgound

- At least 2 years of experience in digital insurance/user growth/campaign operation

- Attention to details, data sensitive, with problem solving, customer-first mindshare and skills

- Strong analytical skills, digital product user growth operations, project management experience are preferred

- Great written, verbal communication as well as stakeholder management skills, can-do and fast learning attitude

Requirements/Qualifications (good to have):

- A good understanding of the digital insurance as well as the Insurance industry landscape in Philippines;

- Has previous experience in insurance industry via digital channels and growth hacking experience

- Previous E-commerce/TechFin experience
