Position: Usage Support Officer
Office Location: 16th Floor, UB Square
Job Summary: Responsible for participating in a range of sales support activities, including analysis of sales outcomes, identifying opportunities, and creating proposals in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in providing a full range of support services to sales, product, and marketing teams, as well as Portfolio Usage Merchants.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide MIS, top-level analysis, sales, and service assistance to the entire Portfolio Usage Team for day-to-day business and key projects, including initiatives and changes.
- Ensure timely resolution of all service queries.
- Manage PAT Cards across 100 test cards, including monitoring Global Pay Engineer Testing activities and Product Manager usage of PAT Test Cards for builds.
- Support product testing.
- Assist with product, vendor, and merchant transition to UnionBank.
- Support compliance initiatives to ensure clean operations across portfolio usage.
- Resolve sales problems by identifying and selecting solutions based on technical experience and precedent.
- Deliver quality operations support and service to internal stakeholders within the Portfolio Usage Team and managed merchants.
- Assist in meeting overall Portfolio Usage Team goals.
- Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, and escalating control issues transparently.
- Handle all merchant acquiring-related queries from different channels.
- Monitor transactions of all merchant acquiring products such as QRPH, Direct Merchants, and Payment Facilitator.
