High-Volume Recruiter (US Onsite) Manufacturing, Light Industrial & CSR

Pride Global is hiring a High-Volume Recruiter / Volume Hiring Recruiter to support fast-paced recruiting across the manufacturing, light industrial, and customer service (CSR) sectors. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter with staffing experience who enjoys sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in multiple roles at once.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end high-volume recruiting for non-IT positions (manufacturing, warehouse, CSR).
- Source candidates through job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter), ATS platforms, referrals, and social media.
- Screen, interview, and coordinate offers, background checks, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring demands.
- Partner with hiring managers to achieve staffing goals while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of volume hiring / high-volume recruiting (staffing agency or RPO preferred).
- Knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing strategies, and job board tools.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
