Role Overview:

As a key member of our finance team, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting operations. You will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, issuing invoices, and calculating commissions, all while maintaining proper documentation. Your work will directly support the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage accounts payable, including processing and tracking payments
• Oversee accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Calculate commissions accurately and ensure proper documentation

Qualifications:

• Accounting degree is preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in General Accounting
• Experience with Xero
• Experience with SaaS and Accrual Accounting
• Experience with US Tax Sales

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm PHT
