Overview:

The Senior Analyst for Supply Chain Analytics will drive strategic supply chain initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and process mining tools. This role works cross-functionally to identify optimization opportunities, develop dashboards, and support digital transformation efforts across Grace's global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain predictive models and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Celonis, or similar tools.
  • Integrate data across supply chain functions, including Logistics & Warehousing, Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Management, and Material & Production Planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with business partners to ensure alignment and connectivity with the Supply Chain team.
  • Collaborate with supply chain leaders to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of KPIs across supply chain processes.
  • Participate in global projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of analytics experience, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in at least two business intelligence tools (SAP Analytics Cloud preferred, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, V/H lookup, Power BI integration).
  • Technical and analytical experience with Celonis or other process mining/execution management software.
  • Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to link complex information into practical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of process mining concepts and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Prior project management experience with a record of successful process improvement initiatives.
