Job Summary Purpose:


We are seeking for a Registered Nurse to support the growth of our healthcare account. As a Registered Nurse, you will be the primary contact for our patient customers, assisting them with inquiries, and concerns, and providing exceptional support.
Assists in the continuity of care by monitoring patient data. Facilitates communication with the patients to the Director of Nurses and Provider offices.

Responsibilities:


Monitor patient vitals and report concerns to the supervisor as necessary.
Assisting current clients with telemonitoring services.
Training clients on our platform and processes.
Exporting or printing patient reports from Evelyn for clients assisting clients to insert them into clients EMR.
Relaying information back to internal team.
Expanding telemonitoring footprint services with clients.
Occasional out of town travel.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


Licensed Nurse (PRC)
Current member of Philippine Nurses Association (PNA)
With good communication skills.
Able to adhere to codes of confidentiality.
Proficient in computer applications.
Recent training certificates (if there's any)
role.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a courteous and friendly approach.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Prior experience in healthcare or any customer service role is a plus.
