CDL-A Sourcer (US Trucking) High-Volume Hiring - Remote

This is not a generic sourcing role — we're looking for someone who understands the US trucking space and can deliver in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You'll Own

• Source and engage CDL-A (Class A) drivers across multiple channels
• Build strong pipelines using platforms like Indeed, Tenstreet, CDL Life, and Facebook groups
• Screen candidates and validate licenses, experience, and basic compliance
• Hit weekly sourcing and submission targets

What You Bring

• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting truck drivers (CDL-A)
• Background in US logistics, transportation, or high-volume hiring
• Strong sourcing instincts — you know where the drivers are
• Excellent English communication
• Ability to move fast and deliver results
