About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter who will focus on initial outreach and first conversations with candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with people, knows how to build rapport, and can quickly assess candidate fit. You will play a key role in creating a strong first impression and building a solid talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial outreach to candidates through various platforms
- Lead first-level screening and introductory conversations
- Assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Format resumes and organize candidate profiles
- Use tools like ChatGPT and Google Workspace to support daily recruiting tasks
- Coordinate with the team and provide updates on candidate progress
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
- Prior experience as a recruiter, with a proven placement track record
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and resume formatting tools
