About The Role
The GTM Recruiter will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing teams in the US market. This position requires a strategic mindset and a passion for connecting with candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience hiring GTM in Technology from a US based company. Sales and Marketing hiring in Software, Hardware and Security technology companies
- Willing to work US hours M-F

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience as a recruiter, preferably in the finance or related sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Willing to work remotely and US hours from Monday to Friday
