Job Description

Bloom Virtual is a leading provider of offshore business support and outsourcing services which include virtual assistance, offshore recruiting, and sales development - committed to attracting and retaining top talent.

Following new customer acquisitions and company growth, we are seeking several US Recruiters to support US-based recruitment firms in sectors such as healthcare, legal, information technology, insurance, and financial services. This role requires someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and understands the nuances of recruiting within these sectors.

The successful candidate will provide full lifecycle recruitment support from drafting and posting job advert, sourcing, and qualifying suitable talent, interviewing, and offer management, through to coordinating successful candidates onboarding and early-stage checkups.

You may also participate in some client account management activities such as attending requirement briefings, coordinating candidate onboarding and quarterly client service reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer job specifications into job advertisements posting them to online platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder.
  • Craft effective Boolean search strings to identify potential candidates across multiple sourcing channels.
  • Engage with prospective talent through phone, email, virtual meetings, SMS and platform messaging for open positions to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Pre-screen, evaluate, and coach candidates by discussing job requirements and responsibilities before endorsing them to the client.
  • Formatting of resumes, general recruitment business administration and maintaining records on the ATS/CRM system.
  • Provide feedback, application status updates, and follow-ups to maintain active correspondence and interest levels with candidates.
  • Manage communication and collaboration between candidates and clients, coordinating interview schedules and availabilities.
  • Participate in regular team huddles to share successes, goals, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters or client managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and key selection criteria.
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles and summaries for client review.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with attorneys, doctors, partners, and senior executives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market movements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 - 8 years of experience in third-party recruitment or internal talent acquisition, with past IT, Telecom, or Healthcare industry experience desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent English Language skills, able to construct job formal advertisements and conduct effective qualification calls with candidates.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • High level of IT literacy with experience in tools such as Microsoft Office365 suite, Google Workspace, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, and Vendor Management Systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good commercial acumen and knowledge of global business and enterprises.
  • Familiarity with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred knowledge of US Geography

Working Hours

  • The successful candidate must be willing to work late, and graveyard shifts to support the US regions.

  • IT Park, Cebu City, Philippines + Hybrid remote from home flexibility

Salary Information

  • 25,000 PHP 50,000 PHP per month (Negotiable on Experience)
  • Benefits inc. 18 days leave, 13 months pay, state-mandated benefits, night differential, and HMO after regularization.
