Position Summary
We are seeking a data-driven Recruitment Sourcer specializing in high-volume US recruitment. This is a sourcing-heavy role designed for a talent scout who thrives on the thrill of the hunt. You will not be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle or negotiating offers; instead, your sole mission is to build massive pipelines, master the latest sourcing tools, and aggressively convert passive talent at scale for our high-volume US hiring initiatives
Key Responsibilities
High-Volume Pipeline Generation
- Execute aggressive, multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and pipeline hundreds of qualified candidates per week for high-volume US roles.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strings, X-ray searching, semantic search, and AI-powered sourcing tools to uncover hidden talent pools.
- Maximize the use of major US job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder) and niche databases.
Screening & Talent Conversion
- Conduct high-velocity phone/video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural alignment, availability, and compensation requirements.
- Deliver an exceptional, fast-moving candidate experience, keeping talent engaged in a highly competitive US market.
- Pitch the company's value proposition compellingly to passive candidates, converting cold leads into active applications
Data Tracking & Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with US-based Talent Acquisition Partners and Account Managers to understand fluctuating hiring metrics, volume targets, and priority shifts.
- Maintain hyper-accurate, real-time data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Provide weekly metric reports on sourcing funnels, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated recruitment experience, with a proven track record explicitly in high-volume hiring (e.g., customer service, logistics, retail, financials, or high-turnover corporate roles).
- Deep, practical understanding of the US recruitment landscape, including geographic nuances, US employment eligibility concepts, and localized talent market trends.
- Advanced mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Databases, Resume Databases, and Boolean logic. Experience with modern AI sourcing tools is highly preferred.
- Proven capability to comfortably manage high-capacity pipelines and deliver 20+ highly qualified, screened profiles to recruiters weekly.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the absolute requirement to work hours fully aligned with US time zones (EST, CST, or PST).
